Ron Poulton

Ron Poulton is an experienced professional in talent acquisition with a strong background in recruiting medical personnel. Currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Grifols since February 2016, Ron has successfully sourced and placed over 160 medical professionals annually and was recognized as the top performer for the team in both 2016 and 2017. Prior to Grifols, Ron held positions as Account Executive at Portland Radio Group, Sales Representative at Goodwins Volvo, Health and Life Insurance Salesman at Knights of Columbus, and ultimately spent over two decades in the United States Air Force, where Ron served as Recruiting Supervisor and Health Professions Recruiter. Ron holds an Associate of Arts degree in Human Resources from the Community College of the Air Force.
