Chris Silva

Chris Silva has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Chris started their career at Gateway as a Manager of Technical Support in 1993. Chris then moved on to work at CDI Corporation as the National Recruiting Director for Customized Staffing and Outsourcing Solutions. Chris developed and managed a team of national recruiters focused on hard-to-find IT Technical and Engineering/Bio Medical niche skill sets.

After leaving CDI Corporation, Chris joined Intertec International as the Executive Director of Global Accounts, where they developed sales account planning strategies and obtained inclusion on Preferred Vendor lists for staffing and outsourced project initiatives.

In 2008, they joined Volt as the Business Development, Human Capital Management, and Program Delivery Manager. Chris performed all aspects of IT and Engineering sales and recruitment and also served as the Program Delivery Manager for a large US Airlines Managed Staffing Program.

From 2011 to 2015, Chris worked at Netvision Resources Inc. as a Vice President, specializing in Mobile Technology. Chris managed client accounts, negotiated contracts, and developed strategic account penetration plans.

In 2015, Chris joined Artha Solutions as the Executive Vice President. Chris provided business, technology, and strategy consulting services across various industries and developed solutions for business transformation projects.

In 2016, they joined Indecomm Global Services as the Senior Director, responsible for commercial IT and Engineering sales, account management, and vendor contract negotiations. Chris also executed sales and sourcing campaigns using email and social media.

In 2017, Chris joined Bitmain as the Vice President, managing the North American Business Development Team and securing new business site locations for Bitcoin/blockchain data centers. Chris established and maintained relationships with government, utility, and industry personnel and prepared business plans for strategic accounts.

Currently, Chris is working at GRIID as the Vice President of Business Development & Shared Services, a position they have held since 2019.

Chris Silva attended Hill Murray High School from 1984 to 1988. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at Augustana University (SD) where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business and Computer Sciences. Chris attended Augustana University from 1988 to 1993.
