Doug Kilponen

Doug Kilponen has extensive experience in the business world, beginning with A.T. Kearney in 1994, where they held the roles of Associate and Business Analyst. Doug then moved to RealNetworks in 1999, where they were Product Manager of eCommerce. In 2000, they joined Digital Impact as Director of Product Management, Senior Manager of Product Marketing, and Senior Manager of Customer Acquisition until the company was acquired by Acxiom. In 2005, they joined MerchantCircle as EVP of Business Development and Senior Vice President and General Manager. From 2012 to 2018, they were Chief Operating Officer at Wanderful Media. In 2018, they were Head of Small and Medium Business (SMB) at Nextdoor. Since 2020, they have been Chief Operating Officer at Grin Gaming and EIR at Operate Ventures.

Doug Kilponen has a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Doug'story from Northwestern University, and has completed a Summer Program in Marketing from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
