Alexis Bussa

Alexis Bussa has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of product design and user experience. Their most recent role as Director of Product Design at GRIN began in August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Lessen as a Director of Product Design from August 2022 to February 2023, and as a Senior Manager of Product Design from July 2020 to August 2022. Earlier in their career, Alexis held positions as a Senior Product Designer at Integrate Inc. from November 2018 to July 2020, and as a Senior Consultant II at Neudesic from May 2017 to September 2018. They also worked as a Manager of UX Design at Pearson from May 2015 to April 2017. Before transitioning into product design, Alexis worked as a Senior Consultant and Engagement Delivery Manager in user experience roles at Unicon Inc. and Gatesix Inc. respectively. They also had freelance work as an Independent User Experience Consultant from 2004 to 2006. Alexis began their career as a UI Developer at Halley's Fifth, LLC in 2001 and later became a Consultant in User Experience at Systems Consulting Group from 2002 to 2004.
