Nosipho Mpanza

Nosipho Mpanza currently serves as the SHERQ & Sustainability Administrator at Grindrod since May 2022, focusing on workplace safety compliance and the implementation of safety policies, alongside conducting safety audits and recommending corrective actions. Previously, Nosipho held an internship in SHERQ and Sustainability at Tongaat Hulett and worked as a bag handler for the KZN Department of Education, contributing to quality assurance and organization of examination scripts. Educational qualifications include certificates in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment from NOSA, as well as a Bachelor of Social Science in Geography and Environmental Management with a focus on Environmental Health from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
