Quentin Allen

Quentin Allen is a seasoned professional in the construction and performance coaching industries, currently serving as a Performance Coach at People Driven Performance AU since June 2024 and as a Performance Consultant with Grit, a Cyient Company, since January 2023, focusing on transformational change and team development. Previous roles include Construction Superintendent on projects for Arrow Energy and General Superintendent for LNG trains at Inpex Darwin, alongside managerial positions at Southern Cross Engineering Group and Laing O'Rourke, where Quentin gained significant experience in construction management.
