Jay Hartley

Jay Hartley has extensive experience in the retail industry, working in various roles related to produce and floral procurement and merchandising. Jay started their career in 1986 at Jewel Foods Inc, where they worked in fresh merchandising and managed the fresh floral production facility. Jay then worked at American Stores Inc as a Senior Field Buyer, handling procurement, negotiations, logistics, and quality control for 5 retail banners. In 1999, Jay joined Albertsons Inc as the National Product Manager, responsible for merchandising and sourcing floral programs for 1600 retail units. Jay later became the Director of Produce and Floral Procurement at Albertsons Inc, where they directed a team of specialist field buyers and procured produce and floral products for over 1600 retail locations. Jay then moved to The Queen's Flowers as the Vice President of Mass Market Sales before joining SUPERVALU as the Corporate Director Fresh Merchandising, where they built and developed the merchandising team for 1300 retail units.
