Anna Kelberga

Anna Kelberga serves as the HR and Administration department director at GroGlass since 2010, where notable achievements include recruiting over 100 employees, reducing factory staff turnover from 80% to 9.8%, and increasing employee engagement scores significantly between 2014 and 2016. Additionally, Anna has played a pivotal role in promoting organizational changes, developing HR procedures in collaboration with ISO specialists, overseeing work safety and legal functions, and enhancing the employer brand. Anna also lectured at Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration (RISEBA) from 2010 to 2016, teaching courses on "Employability Skills" and "Employee Engagement."
