Fharley Oliveira has gained significant experience in the field of environment, health, and safety management. Starting as a Computer Technician and progressing to becoming an EH&S Construction Site Consultant and eventually an EHS Manager, Fharley has worked on various projects including high rise buildings and NYCHA Sandy Recovery Projects. With an Associate's degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Univale, Fharley brings a strong educational background to their roles.
