Jeff Weness

Jeff Weness serves as the Head of Digital Opportunities and Investments at Otsuka Precision Health, Inc. since July 2021, leading corporate venture investments in digital health and focusing on digital biomarkers, therapeutics, and AI tools. Jeff holds advisory roles at Oui Therapeutics and Curio Digital Therapeutics Inc., contributing to the development of prescription digital therapeutics and evidence-based solutions for women's mental wellness. As an Advisory Board Member at nen, Jeff supports the application of cognitive behavioral therapy tools for children's mental health. Additionally, Jeff advises on the Board of First Rushmore Bancorporation, Inc. and is a Limited Partner at Groove Capital. Previous leadership experience includes roles at UnitedHealth Group, Children's Minnesota, and Best Buy, alongside a long-term commitment to Camp Odayin, where Jeff served on the Board of Directors. Jeff earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota and holds a BA in Russian Studies, International Relations, and Business from Concordia College.
