Julia Krohn

Julia Krohn has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Managing Director of Human Resources at Molkerei Gropper GmbH & Co. KG since January 2016, where responsibilities include overall leadership in HR. Prior to this, Julia held various HR roles at Accor from September 2006 to March 2015, culminating as Head of Talent Management. Earlier experience includes an assistant position in Human Resources at Feinkost Kaefer and completing a hotel management apprenticeship at Hotel Bayerischer Hof München. Julia’s academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from Bergische Universität Wuppertal, alongside multiple degrees in relevant fields, emphasizing a strong foundation in both practical and theoretical aspects of human resources and organizational psychology.
