Caelin Micks currently serves as the Day Camp Director at Grosse Pointe Yacht Club since February 2024 and has been a teacher with the Grosse Pointe Public School System since August 2020. Previous experience includes roles at the University of Dayton from January 2017 to May 2020 as both Facility Operations Supervisor and Facility Operations Attendant. An internship at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC took place from May 2019 to August 2019. Caelin also worked at University Liggett School from June 2014 to January 2019, holding positions as Summer Camp Activity Head and Summer Camp Counselor, and was a hostess at The Country Club of Detroit from May 2014 to June 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Oakland University, completed in December 2023, and a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from the University of Dayton, awarded in 2020, following completion of high school at Grosse Pointe North in 2016.
