Mark Dymek

Mark Dymek is responsible for leading the execution of the GCP and Classic Hotels & Resorts real estate investment style and strategy. This includes identifying, evaluating, and executing investment and acquisition opportunities on behalf of GCP and Classic Hotels & Resorts.

Marks brings a wealth of real estate expertise to this position, spanning complex deal structuring, investment property sales and acquisitions, mortgage loan sales and acquisitions, and management of private equity funds.

Before joining GCP in February 2019, Mark served as a Managing Director at Eastdil Secured, previously serving as Senior Vice President of The Mills Corporation and Secured Capital Corp (the predecessor organization to Eastdil Secured). Mark began his career as a Senior Accountant with Price Waterhouse in the Greater Phoenix Market upon earning his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University.
