Yanti Falangola

Yanti Falangola has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Yanti currently serves as the Executive Director at GCM Grosvenor, a position they have held since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Foresight Group as the Director Head of Institutional Capital Southern Europe from April 2016 to August 2019.

From August 2009 to April 2016, Yanti worked at Cheyne Capital Management LLP as a Sales & Product Specialist. In this role, they covered various geographical areas, including Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Yanti also had exposure to different asset classes, including structured credit, synthetic credit, ABS, convertible bonds, loans, HY, and equities. Additionally, they dealt with a wide range of product types, such as Liquid UCITS and offshore Hedge Funds with strategies including Long/Short, Market Neutral, Absolute Return, Real Estate debt, Event Driven, and arbitrage.

Yanti's earlier career includes a position as a Research Analyst at La Fayette Investment Management & Valiance Advisors LLP (Spin Off) from August 2006 to January 2009. In this role, they were responsible for fund due diligence and monitoring of existing exposures. Yanti also contributed to allocation decisions during Investment Committee meetings, focusing on strategies like Equity & Credit Long Short, Market Neutral & Absolute Return, Global Macro, CTA & Systematic trading, Special Situations, Real Estate, and Event Driven.

Yanti began their career at The Citco Group of Companies, where they served as a Client Relationship Manager from September 2004 to August 2006.

Yanti Falangola obtained a Master's degree in International Business from Florida Atlantic University from 2003 to 2004.
