Kristy Hornby

Kristy Hornby is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director at Grosvenor Performance Group since April 2012, where responsibilities include leading the Melbourne office, managing the Vic Gov account, and overseeing national people management efforts to enhance client capabilities and foster a high-performing culture. Kristy also contributed to the Doxa Social Club INC from December 2015 to May 2019 as a committee of management member and chair of the Audit and Risk committee, providing governance and social justice expertise. Prior to these roles, Kristy worked as a paralegal and marketing assistant at Norton Rose Australia from June 2008 to March 2012, engaging in both legal preparation and marketing activities. Kristy holds a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from La Trobe University.
