Chuck Oneal

Chuck ONeal has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Chuck started their career at Grote Industries in 1987 and held various roles including Senior Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer, and Chief Engineer and Executive Director, US Operations. At Grote Industries, they managed multiple projects related to white lighting, primarily LED lighting, and worked with OEM customers directly. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Project Engineer at Grote Industries.

In 2014, Chuck ONeal joined VSG, A Dover Company as a Lead Engineer for Light Duty vehicles. In this role, they managed a group of engineers responsible for developing automotive lifts and worked closely with the Value Stream manager and Sales to ensure customer satisfaction.

Chuck ONeal attended Scottsburg High School, although no specific dates for their enrollment were provided. After high school, they pursued an Associate's Degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD at Louisville Technical Institute from 1985 to 1987. Following this, they attended Purdue University from 1989 to 1993, where they focused on Mechanical Engineering Technology.
