Jeff Seal

Jeff is a Director of Originations at GROUNDFLOOR, assisting prospective borrowers' efforts to secure loans for real estate investment projects.

Most recently, Jeff was President of a national hard money lending firm focused on investor financing across 46 states. Jeff led the formation of all financing products, managed capital markets, and engaged in the responsibility of maintaining underwriting and process flows for all related products.

Jeff has over 14 years of experience in the finance and default servicing industries collectively. Previously, Jeff spent 9 years working for several national real estate auction platforms and served as their Vice President of Product and Client Management. He managed the daily communication with high-level clients as well aided in the development of new business products for the platform nationally.

Jeff is an avid competitor in the cycling and running community with 28 years of competitive activity. In his spare time, he sits on multiple boards within his community concerning ministry efforts across the world as well as a local focus specific to men’s ministry and Hands2Serve.
