Lauren Cameron

Lauren Cameron joined GroundProbe in March 2015 and currently holds the position of Commercial HR Partner. She initially joined as an HR Advisor for the APA and EMEA regions and led the company's global occupational health and safety initiatives. In 2020 she was appointed to the position of Commercial HR Partner. Lauren leads GroundProbe's HR team, responsible for partnering with the executive team, global roles, and international business units to support the growth through people strategies and HR, such as workforce planning, leadership development, organizational design, and employee engagement.

Prior to joining GroundProbe, Lauren worked in various human resources, recruitment, and Occupational Health and Safety positions in the civilian and resource sectors.

Lauren holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce, specializing in Human Resources, Marketing and International Business from the University of Tasmania, with postgraduate degrees in Market Research from the University of South Queensland.
