Bonin Bough

Bonin Bough has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bonin is currently the Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer at Group Black, where they are responsible for acquiring new business and driving growth and culture across the organization. Bonin also serves as a Co-Founder and Advisor at Lockstep Ventures, a VC firm focused on addressing racial inequality. Bonin Bough is the Founder & Chief Growth Officer of Bonin Ventures, a growth accelerator for start-up companies. Bonin has also held various leadership positions at companies such as Triller, SITO, Sundial Brands, CNBC, Mondelēz International, Kraft Foods Group, and PepsiCo, where they played integral roles in brand strategy, marketing, and digital transformation.

Bonin Bough attended Staten Island Technical High School from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Physics. From 1995 to 1999, they attended Hartwick College and earned a BA/BS degree in Physics and Political Science.
