Jon Jarrett

Jon Jarrett has a diverse work experience, starting in 1988 as a QA representative and forklift operator at Yazaki North America. Jon then worked their way up, taking on roles such as Distribution Center Coordinator and Supervisor. In 1996, they became a Manager in a branch office, responsible for production control, quality, warehouse operations, and finance departments.

Jon joined BizLink Technology Inc in 2008 as a Senior Manager for Business Development in the Motor Vehicle segment. After four years, they moved to Delphi in 2012, where they held various roles. Jon started as a Senior Sales Manager in the Commercial Vehicle Group and later became the NA Commercial Vehicle Lead and Global Account Manager. Jon was responsible for cultivating customer relationships, creating strategies, and analyzing market trends.

In 2017, Jon joined Group DEKKO as the Director of Business Development, where they identified and secured new business opportunities. Jon also took on the role of Director of Assemblies for Commercial and OEM Markets, managing sales and engineering teams and implementing sales strategies for long-term profitable growth.
