Sebastien Comtois is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic alliances, sales management, and solutions architecture. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Group Elite Communications since May 2017, Sebastien is responsible for managing and expanding the Alliance Program while developing executive relationships with key business partners. Prior to this role, Sebastien held various positions at NICE Ltd from 2009 to 2017, including Sales Partner Manager and National Channel Manager for Canada, where responsibilities included overseeing the sales performance of enterprise business partners and ensuring their success. Earlier experience includes roles at Bell Canada as a Solution Architect, as well as positions at BCE Elix, Elix, and Decisif, showcasing a comprehensive background in solutions and network administration.
