Ben Threadgold

Ben Threadgold currently serves as the Operational Excellence Manager for Supply Chain at Group Lotus, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ben worked at Quick Release_ from July 2019 to October 2024, contributing as a People & Projects Manager, Senior Project Analyst, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Analyst. Earlier experience includes a position as a Bar Waiter at Stockvale Catering Limited from April 2017 to November 2018. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Canterbury Christ Church University, completed between 2016 and 2019, and achieved A-Levels in Maths, Economics, Geography, and Government and Politics at Southend High School for Boys from 2014 to 2016. Ben's educational journey began at Southend High School for Boys, culminating in GCSEs from 2009 to 2014.
