Judit Kossen is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in quality assurance and compliance within the food industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at the Group of Butchers, Judit has previously held significant roles such as Manager Operations at St. Paul Group and Workstream Lead in People & Organizational Health at Vion Food Group. Judit’s expertise includes developing quality standards in collaboration with regulatory bodies, conducting compliance audits, and managing quality programs across multiple organizations, including Aviko and Better Life hallmark. With an educational background in European politics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and animal husbandry from Hogeschool Delft, Judit combines technical knowledge with policy advisory experience from the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality.
