Mark Dupont

Mark Dupont has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on electronic health record (EHR) implementation and management. Mark has held various roles throughout their career, including Head of Global Operation at Group Shumba since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic Programs Manager at DrFirst, Inc. starting in 2017, and as a Project Manager/BSA at Alcor Solutions Inc. starting in 2016. Mark also served as an EHR Projects Director at Hctech Consulting Inc. from 2014 to 2016, where they played a key role in implementing EHR software and training staff. Before that, they worked at Pulse Systems as a PM/EHR Senior Business Analyst/Implementation Specialist from 2012 to 2014. Mark's experience also includes serving as an EHR Implementation Supervisor at St. Francis Hospital from 2011 to 2013. Mark began their career in the US Navy, where they served as a Practice Manager from 2003 to 2006 and as a Navy Corpsman attached to a Marine Corps combat unit from 1999 to 2003.
