David C.

David C. is an experienced operations researcher with a robust background in defense analysis and operations management. Currently at Group W since July 2020, David focuses on the operational impact of new technologies on force structure. Prior to this role, David contributed as a research staff member at the Institute for Defense Analyses from February 2014 to June 2020, where responsibilities included enhancing the Army's cybersecurity coordination and developing operational conflict models. David also served as an operations researcher at Group W from December 2008 to January 2014, evaluating defense operations and streamlining data processing for the Navy. In the United States Air Force from May 2000 to December 2008, David excelled as an operations analyst and software manager, overseeing simulation software usability and radar signal management. David holds a Master of Science from the Air Force Institute of Technology, a Master of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
