Holly Barnes is a seasoned Subject Matter Expert at NATO Allied Command Transformation, specializing in future urban warfighting and its implications for military planning and operations. With extensive experience across various organizations, Barnes has held roles including Senior Analyst at Group W, Consultant at AMEX International Inc., and Program Manager at the Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group, where expertise was applied in civil-military operations and interagency collaboration.
