Michael Panciera

Michael Panciera is a seasoned military and operational expert with over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, operational assessments, and crisis action planning. Currently serving as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Group W since 2010, Michael leads the J35’s Operation Assessment Team, specializing in NE Asia regional analysis. Previous roles include various leadership positions in the U.S. Army, where Michael held the title of Exercise Branch Chief for USFK and served in multiple capacities with the 1st Brigade Combat Team of the 4th Infantry Division during deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Master's in Management from Troy University, supplemented by advanced training at the Command and General Staff College.
