Carole Wurm

Carole WURM is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Responsable RH at Groupe ADEQUAT since 2018, managing human resources for 1,300 permanent employees across 320 agencies in France. Previously, Carole worked at VINCI Construction France from June 2016 to October 2017 as Responsable Ressources Humaines, focusing on implementing HR policies for a 350-employee operation in residential design and construction during a company merger. Prior to that, Carole held roles at VINCI Autoroutes from August 2008 to May 2016 as Responsable RH Adjointe, overseeing HR policies for 450 employees in the Île-de-France region, and as a Juriste de droit social, enhancing social practices and providing legal training. Carole began the career as a Juriste social - apprentie at Mondadori and as a stagiaire at Cabinet LAMY-LEXEL, possessing a Master 2 in Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Licence in Law from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
