Yvon Gay

Yvon Gay is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources consulting and management. Since 2017, Yvon has served as Directeur associé at SEMAPHORES, providing expertise in HR transformations, including social dialogue and quality of work life. Concurrently, Yvon has been with GROUPE ALPHA since 2008 as a Directeur associé and a Directeur Régional, overseeing a profit center with a team of 30 consultants, focusing on commercial activities, management, and recruitment. Yvon also held the position of Coordinateur National Santé et Économie Sociale, responsible for the commercial development of a network of specialized consultants in the health and social sectors. Prior roles include team leader in health and social services and consulting positions at Alcimed and Elf Atochem, where Yvon began as an engineer in product development.
