Kamel Senhadji

Kamel Senhadji has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotel management and operations. Kamel served as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Photography for AZALAÏ HOTELS from 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager of Mercure Farnham Bush Hotel at ACCOR UK & IRELAND starting in December 2017. From 2016 to 2020, they held the position of Managing Director at LivingStone Hospitality Expertise, where they provided management and consultancy services. Kamel also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Retaj Hospitality from 2016 to the present. Kamel'sprevious roles include Area General Manager at ACCOR JAPAN, General Manager at Accor Hotels, and General Manager at Accor Resorts and Leisure. Kamel has demonstrated expertise in various areas, including operations, finance, sales and marketing, and managing teams. Kamel has been involved in the conception, construction, and pre-opening of properties, as well as budgeting, crisis management, and maintaining relationships with unions and owners. Kamel has a strong food and beverage background and has successfully managed hotels in Beijing, China. Kamel Senhadji pursued their education in the field of psycho-analysis researches. Kamel obtained a PHD degree from Universite de La Sorbonne Paris III, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Additionally, they completed a 3ème Cycle in Psycho-Analytic Literature from Université La Sorbonne Paris III Paris during the same time period.

In terms of additional certifications, Kamel Senhadji received an ISO certification from RINA in May 2017. Kamel also obtained a WHO IS WHO certification in December 2015, although the institution that awarded this certification is not mentioned.
