Emanuel von Graffenried, MRICS, serves as Managing Director and Partner at Groupe Bernard Nicod, a prominent real estate firm in French-speaking Switzerland, since October 2023. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Emanuel has held positions such as Associate Director at CBRE Switzerland and Business Development Manager at MoneyPark AG. Additionally, Emanuel actively contributes to the real estate industry as an Advisory Board Member for RENT Switzerland and as an Expert at the Commission Suisse des Examens de l’Économie immobilière. A co-founder of Ateliers GEC SA, Emanuel has led numerous architectural and consulting projects. The educational background includes a Master of Science in Architecture from EPFL and a Federal Diploma in Property Surveying, among other qualifications.
