Hotel Manager at Groupe Champlain

Christophe Morassut is currently the hotel manager at Groupe Champlain. Prior to this, they worked as a regional director of food service for Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT from January 2013 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for 55 residences and oversaw budgets, motivated personnel, and coached and planned various programs to positively develop food service policies. From January 2010 to January 2012, Christophe was the director of food service for Chartwell Retirement Residences, where they were responsible for the food service of a 271-unit seniors residence. Christophe managed a tight budget, supervised the production in the kitchen to optimize the use of all products, implemented seasonal menus, and led, motivated, and trained a team of 25 people. Christophe was also responsible for recruitment as needed, planning, and actively participating in the annual budget. In addition, they developed the frequented use of the dining room.

Christophe Morassut has a B.T.H. in HOTELLERIE RESTAURATION from Lycee professionnel / mazamet and a B.E.P. in Hotellerie restauration service from RENEE BONNET.

They work with Manon Tardif - Acting Director of Nursing & Professional Practice Development, Nadia Idir - Director of Operations, and Stefan Cajal - Director of Medical, Pharmaceutical & Professional Services. Christophe Morassut reports to Anne Beauchamp, Acting General Manager.
