Ouarda Chihaoui

Ouarda CHIHAOUI is an experienced environmental consultant with a strong background in transport infrastructure and urban development. Currently serving as Chargée d’affaires Environnement at ECT since February 2021, Ouarda previously held the position of Chargée d'études en environnement at iRiS Conseil from March 2011 to March 2023. Expertise encompasses conducting environmental and regulatory studies, including impact assessments and feasibility studies for various infrastructure projects. Notable achievements include work on the Voie verte Bayeux – Port-en-Bessin and the TCSP Nîmes impact studies, along with urban integration projects such as the Création de la ZAC Dieppe Sud. Ouarda possesses a Master's degree in Espace et Milieux from Université Paris Cité and a Master's in Aménagement du territoire et développement durable from Université Évry Paris-Saclay.
