Loïc Amargier

Loïc Amargier has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Directeur d’agence at Groupe Edouard Denis since January 2019. Previously, Loïc held the position of Directeur de Programmes at CAPELLI from November 2012 to January 2019, focusing on development, strategy, and opportunity analysis, as well as managing projects across various domains. Loïc also worked as Responsable Conception at CAPELLI, leading the conception and execution of projects involving legal, technical, commercial, and financial aspects. Prior experience includes Chargé d'Opérations at D2P, where assistance was provided for diverse project types, and Chargé de Programmes at Océanis Promotion Immobilière, overseeing financial tracking and construction for residential projects in the Rhône-Alpes region. Loïc is currently advancing education in real estate promotion at CNAM - ICH and holds degrees from EFAB in real estate management and professions.
