Benoist le Provost

Benoist Le Provost is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Groupe Francaise de Gastronomie since February 2024, Benoist previously held the position of General Manager at IDHEA within the Migros group from September 2018 to December 2023. Earlier career achievements include leading the Business Unit Food at Groupe ELSA-Mifroma, where Benoist oversaw marketing, sales, and production for sauces and vegetarian products. Additional roles include Senior Brand Manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland at Bonduelle, Senior Product Manager at SAVENCIA Fromage & Dairy Deutschland, and Product Manager at Sara Lee Household & Body Care. Benoist holds a Master’s degree in Economics from EDHEC Business School and has also studied at the University of Mannheim.
