Germain Baron is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in senior finance roles across prominent companies. Since March 2013, Germain serves as the Directeur Financier for HOLDER group, overseeing financial management for both Boulangerie PAUL and Château Blanc production facilities, while actively participating in the leadership committee for these brands. Previously, from January 2006 to December 2012, Germain held the position of Directeur Controle Financier at Flunch, where responsibilities included leading financial control and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records. Germain's career also includes serving as Directeur Audit & Risque at Castorama France from September 1999 to December 2005, where oversight involved coordinating the annual audit plan and managing significant risk assessments, along with a role as Directeur de l'Organisation. Germain boasts an Executive MBA from HEC and holds the title of Fondé de pouvoir, enabling authorization for all banking transactions within the organization.
