Steven Marrion

Steven Marrion has extensive experience in technical real estate management, currently serving as the Responsable Technique Immobilier Tertiaire at Groupe Lamotte since February 2020. Prior to this role, Steven held positions at Gecina from March 2016 to February 2020, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of 300,000 m², overseeing project management for major restructuring and renovation projects, defining investment budgets, and participating in property and asset management. At QUADRIM CONSEILS from June 2009 to February 2016, Steven acted as a Technical Manager and Consultant for NATIXIS, managing a 40,000 m² property with a focus on contract management, budgeting, maintenance, and works oversight. Steven holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Génie des systèmes Mécaniques from Université de Technologie de Troyes and a Diplome Universitaire Technologique in Mécanique from Université Évry Paris-Saclay.
