Catherine Desroches

Catherine Desroches has extensive experience in management and strategic roles, currently serving as Chargée de mission Pilotage DSI at LDLC since July 2017, where responsibilities include event preparation, internal communication, staffing oversight, and vendor management. In addition, Catherine serves as Trésorière at CENTRE SOCIAL MICHEL PACHE since April 2023 and has previously held positions such as Contrôleur de gestion at ENEDIS, and Chargée de mission in both bioMérieux and Grand Lyon. With a solid foundation in training and management, Catherine has facilitated internal coaching and training programs throughout a career that spans over a decade, complemented by a robust educational background in coaching, management, and emotional intelligence.
