Lyse Cayer

Lyse Cayer currently serves as Directrice rh et communications at Groupe Noël since August 2023. Prior to this role, Lyse held the position of Gestionnaire des ressources humaines at Solugaz from July 2022 to August 2023 and was Directrice Ressources Humaines at Luminator Technology Group between February 2021 and July 2022. At BD, from March 2019 to February 2021, Lyse functioned as a Partenaire RH, providing essential HR support and coaching. Lyse’s earlier experience includes managing HR Shared Services for North America at Fujitsu Canada, overseeing 14 employees and maintaining extensive employee records. Lyse also served as Human Resources Manager for Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services and Expertech. Academic qualifications include a Post-college diploma in Human Resources Management from Georgian College and a Major in English studies from Université Laval.
