Benjamin Cauchy

Benjamin Cauchy has extensive experience in Human Resources development, currently serving as Chargé de développement RH at Groupe Partnaire since March 2021. Prior to this role, Benjamin was an Apprenti en développement RH and Assistant en développement RH at the same company, where responsibilities included the deployment and management of training programs, development of the HRIS, and organization of recruitment seminars. Benjamin has also completed internships in varied roles such as Stagiaire en développement RH at Le Groupe La Poste and multiple positions as Agent de collectivité at IGESA. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Manager du développement des Ressources Humaines from CESI École Supérieure de l’Alternance, a Master 1 in Droit social et gestion des ressources humaines from Université d'Orléans, and a Licence de droit from the same institution.
