Charlène le Philippe

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is an accomplished nursing and health information technology professional with extensive experience in clinical documentation and system implementation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene leads Care Plan and Patient Bedside Education initiatives. Previously, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where the A4 Healthmatics ED application was successfully implemented in the emergency department. Earlier roles include a Senior Business Consultant for Convergent Medical Terminology and staff nursing in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Kaiser Permanente IT. Charlene holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
