Serge le Hénaff

Serge LE HÉNAFF has extensive work experience in the procurement and supply chain field. Serge most recently served as the Chief Procurement Officer for GROUPE POCHET, a position they held from October 2016. Prior to that, Serge held the role of Deputy Chief Procurement Officer for the same organization from September 2014. Earlier in their career, they served as the Division Chief Procurement Officer for Qualipac from September 2013 to December 2015. Serge also held the position of Plant General Manager for Qualicosmetics - Qualipac from October 2010 to September 2013. Before that, they worked as the Chief Procurement Officer for LISI Cosmetics - LISI GROUP from January 2004 to September 2010. Prior to joining LISI GROUP, Serge worked as the Group Supply Chain Manager for Artem - LISI GROUP from December 1999 to December 2003. Serge began their career as the Plant Production Manager for L'Eumail from January 1996 to December 1999.

Serge LE HÉNAFF has a history of attaining various degrees and certificates throughout their education. In 1991, they obtained an Ingénieur degree from ENSGTI - Ecole Nationale Supérieure en Génie des Technologies Industrielles, specializing in Technologies industrielles. In 1994, they pursued a Master 2 (M2) DEA degree in Process, Genie chimique from Toulouse INP. In 2002, they furthered their education at ESAP, earning a Master's degree in Purchasing. In 2006, they attended HEC Paris for a short course on Travailler avec les Chinois / Comprendre la Chine. Lastly, in 2010, they completed an Executive Certificate Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from CentraleSupélec.
