Sylvain Beck

Sylvain BECK is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and information security, currently serving as GDPO, DSI, DPO Groupe Scutum, and Head of Group IT Central Infrastructure at Groupe SCUTUM since September 2018. Prior to this role, Sylvain held positions at Faurecia as Cyber Defence & Physical Assets Protection Deputy Director, and at Devoteam as Directeur de la cybersécurité, where responsibilities included developing CERT activities and contributing as an expert in cybercrime. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Information Security and Cybercrime at La Poste, and leading investigations in cybercrime within Gendarmerie Nationale for nearly a decade. Sylvain holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master 2 in Financial Criminal Law from CY Cergy Paris Université, and a Master 2 in Information Systems Security from Université de Technologie de Troyes. Additionally, Sylvain is a certified Officier de Police Judiciaire with ongoing ties to Gendarmerie Nationale.
