Michelle MacKesy

Michelle Mackesy has extensive experience in client services and marketing, currently serving as a Trainer and Supervisor at GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions since July 2017, after progressing through various roles, including Senior Benefits Specialist and Team Lead. Prior to this, Michelle was a Customer Service Representative at Pacific Blue Cross and held marketing positions at Visier Inc. and Vision Critical, focusing on demand generation and marketing analysis, respectively. Early career experience includes roles at Ipsos as an Online Marketing Manager and at Coast Capital Savings and Teligence in customer service and sales. Michelle holds a certification as a Massage Therapist from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy.
