Miguel Frias has extensive experience in customer service and management. Since July 2015, Miguel has served as a Welcome Call Specialist and Customer Service Agent at Occidental Vacation Club, where Miguel is responsible for onboarding new clients and enhancing their understanding of the membership benefits. Prior to this role, Miguel was the CEO of Cell Phone Solutions from April 2009 to November 2014 and managed operations at Black Tie Valet from June 2003 to September 2010. Miguel's educational background spans institutions in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and the United States of America.
