Paul Flemr has over 30 years of experience in the customer care and sales industry. Paul began their career as a Director at MCI, where they worked for 11 years. Paul then joined APAC Customer Services as an Operations Manager for 4 years. Currently, they are the Vice President at Group O, where they previously held the positions of Executive Director of Operations and Director of Customer Care and Sales. In their current role, they oversee marketing operations and contributes to new business development. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in managing call center operations, customer care, sales departments, training, quality assurance, workforce management, and IT.
Paul Flemr attended the University of Iowa from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on Broadcasting and Film.
