Laura Rigby

Laura Rigby has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Laura is currently employed as the VP of FP&A and Analytics at Groups Recover Together, where they started in January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Analytics at the same company from September 2023 to January 2024.

Before joining Groups Recover Together, Laura served as the Chief Executive Officer at Acclivity Collective starting in April 2022. Laura also worked at the Finance Authority of Maine as the Thrive Maine Program Manager from August 2022 to September 2023.

Earlier in their career, Laura held positions at Reconnect, Inc., where they served as the VP of Customer Success from December 2020 to January 2022, and as the Director of Operations and Reporting from August 2020 to November 2020.

Laura's work experience also includes roles at L.L.Bean as the Manager of Financial Analysis from February 2017 to August 2020. Additionally, they worked at ethos as the Director of Marketing and Business Development from October 2013 to January 2014.

Laura started their career as a Strategic Analytics Intern at CVS Caremark Corporation in June 2012. Laura also held positions at Foundation Communities as the Adult Education Coordinator from January 2011 to July 2011, and at Fondo Esperanza as the Applied Education Coordinator from 2009 to 2010.

Furthermore, Laura worked as a Teacher at P.S. 76 / Teach For America from June 2007 to June 2009. During their tenure, they achieved significant academic growth in reading and math among their students and led a cross-functional team in analyzing an at-risk student group.

Laura Rigby earned a Master of Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, which they attended from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Masters of Science in Teaching with a Childhood Track at Pace University from 2007 to 2009. Laura also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Bates College.
