Vanessa Cotto

Vanessa Cotto, MPH, currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Groups Recover Together since July 2021. In this fully remote position, Vanessa focuses on recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles in the substance abuse and mental health fields, primarily for Indiana, while also supporting expansion into Illinois and Ohio. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Recruiter at InnovaCare Health, Senior Human Resources Recruiter at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, and various recruitment positions at Morton Hospital, Southcoast Health, and Good Samaritan Medical Center. Vanessa holds a Master's degree in Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, along with an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico.
