Favio Osorio's work experience is as follows:

- In 2021, they co-founded and became the President of Arbol, a financial wellness platform for colleges that helps students develop financial capabilities and resilience. 🌳Favio oversees the platform's features, such as account connection, financial tracking, budgeting, and insights for healthy financial decision-making. Additionally, they pprovidecollege administrators with data to assess their campus's financial health and intervene early with financially vulnerable students.

- In 2021, they also co-founded and became the President of Arbol Community Fund.

- From 2018 to 2022, they worked at M&T Bank, where they started as an Executive Associate and later became a Senior Business Analytics & Reporting Analyst and a Multicultural Banking Project Manager in the Retirement & Custody Services division of Wilmington Trust.

- From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Truist Wealth, first as a Leadership Development Associate, then as a Wealth Personal Planning Associate, and finally as a Wealth Small Business Planning Associate.

- In 2010, they worked as a Research Assistant at Princeton University.

- In 2008, they gained experience as a Fixed Income Portfolio Accountant Summer Analyst at T. Rowe Price.

Favio Osorio's education history is as follows:

🌳Favio obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, studying from 2016 to 2018.

Currently, they are participating in the Cultivator Program at the University at Buffalo, starting in 2021 and continuing.

🌳Favio completed the Waterloo-Toronto Accelerator program at Founder Institute in 2021.

Prior to their MBA, in 2013, Favio attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business for the Pre-MBA Summer Business Scholars Program (SBSP), focusing on Accounting, Finance, and Marketing.

For their undergraduate studies, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and Business from Mount St. Mary's University, graduating from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Favio has obtained several certifications. 🌳Favio completed the Running Product Design Sprints and Agile Meets Design Thinking courses from the University of Virginia on Coursera in 2019. In 2014, they obtained a Management Development Program Certificate from the HBS Alumni Club of Charlotte. In the same year, they also completed the Certified Financial Planner™ Executive Program at the Terry College of Business. Other certifications include the BB&T Wealth Planning Analyst Certification in 2013, the Bloomberg Certification - Equity Essentials from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland in 2010, and the Series 66 and Series 7 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2011.
