Paul Joseph Garcia

Paul Joseph Garcia has extensive experience in finance and investment management, currently serving as Principal Managing Partner at Grow Capital PH since September 2020 and as an Independent Director at both Grab and RL Fund Management, Inc. since December 2021 and May 2021, respectively. Additionally, Paul is a Member of the Board of Trustees at the University of Asia and the Pacific since August 2019. Previously held roles include Chief Executive Officer at Leechiu Management, Inc. from January 2018 to January 2020, Senior Vice President at BPI Asset Management from March 2011 to December 2016, and CEO and Chief Investment Officer at ING Investment Management (Philippines) from July 1999 to March 2011. Paul’s academic background includes a Master of Science in Industrial Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from San Beda College.
